TCMB Download Exchange Rates for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Exchange rates in Turkey are published daily by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT). In accordance with the Tax Procedure Laws, foreign currency transactions are recorded in the legal books with the relevant foreign exchange rate.

The CBRT publishes the next day's FX Buying, FX Selling, Effective Buying and Effective Selling rates on its website at 15:30 every day. The CBRT Exchange Rate Download application works automatically every day and transfers the exchange rate information published via the CBRT to the Exchange Rates table.

Thanks to the automatic exchange rate download process, the exchange rates downloaded from the Central Bank are used while the documents are transferred to the accounting, without the need to manually enter the foreign exchange rates of the relevant day.
