Guarantee Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 

With the Guarantee Management application, letters of guarantee received or given from customers and vendors can be managed in 900 off-balance accounts in the chart of accounts.

All guarantees received or given can be registered to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a guarantee card, the status of guarantees can be monitored, and notifications can be sent to users with warning messages when the return dates are reached. In this way, users are provided with quick access to information on all guarantees.

The Guarantee Management application facilitates the follow-up of guarantees that need to be returned, by quickly reporting the status of the guarantees.

The movements of the guarantee cards are recorded and the accounting records of each transaction are automatically performed.
